After the trap is serviced and reassembled, the exterior and surrounding area is cleaned and deodorized. Removed waste is disposed of properly following all rules and regulations. City manifests will be logged, or we will provide you with one.Vendors using a pail to skim the trap are not professionals and are not doing a thorough job, not to mention the risks involved with such an unsanitary practice. |

Remember that most municipalities DO NOT allow caustics, solvents or emulsifying agents to be added to a grease trap, and specific remedies need to be compliant. |
